EcoAmbassadors Program

Organization

Howard EcoWorks is a non-profit organization committed to empowering communities and diverse workforces to respect and restore our natural systems for future generations. Our new EcoAmbassadors program is funded by Howard County’s Plastic Bag Fee.

The EcoAmbassadors program is a paid opportunity for high school students to gain leadership experience, valuable skills and knowledge, and to boost their resumes and careers. Tasked with organizing two neighborhood clean-ups and delivering one educational program, EcoAmbassadors will create community and professional connections to make a difference in their environments. Hours are flexible excluding two group meeting dates. To learn more and apply, visit https://Howardecoworks.org/ecoambassadors.
