Registration for Girls on the Run's Spring 2023 Season opens on Sunday February 19, 2023 at noon. Girls on the Run participants in Grades 3-5 and Heart & Sole participants in Grades 6-8 are welcome to engage in a positive, structured space and develop life skills using a running-based curriculum. Each season concludes with a 5K run for the participants and their buddy runners. The 10-week season begins March 20, with a celebratory, in-person 5K event scheduled for June 3, 2022. The registration fee is $175, which includes approximately 20 lessons, all program materials, 5K and program shirts, water bottle, and more. Financial assistance available.
