Civic Works Energy Programs is a nonprofit organization that seeks to help households save on their energy bills by becoming more energy efficient and accessing clean solar power. In partnership with the Howard County Office of Community Sustainability, we offer a variety of free and low-cost energy-saving programs for households of all income levels and housing types.
You can start saving right away with FREE efficient devices delivered at a Quick Home Energy Check-Up, or receive a free/low-cost whole-home Energy Audit. We are pleased to offer home weatherization improvements at no cost to low and moderate-income households. Ask us, too, about saving with community solar or rooftop solar!
