The Junior League of Howard County (JLHC) is pleased to announce the application for the 2026 Change Maker Scholarship is now open. This $1,000 scholarship was established to support the leadership potential of young women in our community. This scholarship will be granted to a qualified applicant who demonstrates active participation and leadership in community activities as well as leadership skills and potential for leadership success.
The scholarship is open to any high school senior who is a Howard County resident; attends a public, charter, private, or parochial high school in Howard County; and is matriculating to an accredited, four-year postsecondary institution in the Fall of 2026 as a full-time student.
