1. All interested candidates must fill out the "Register as a student form". Find on the web page above. 
2. All forms are due by March 23, 2024
3. Students needing mentors will be paired with Rotary Speech Mentors
4. Qualifying students must be present for the Semi-Final Competition that will be held at Glen Burnie Hight School on April 6th
5. Four finalists from Semi-Finals will move forward to the live Final Competition that will be held at the Hyatt on the Chesapeake Bay on April 20th
