Listen to Your Mother Howard County

Listen To Your Mother is a live show featuring 10 local writers reading their essays on motherhood and all of the various emotions and experiences that go along with the maternal state. Set for 7 p.m. May 11, 2024, the night before Mother's Day, this event will warm the hearts of moms, people who have moms and people who know and love moms— essentially, everyone. After expenses, all ticket proceeds will go to Howard County’s Just Living Advocacy, which provides life-saving support to women leading single-parent households.
