Extend the day at your child's school with Howard County Recreation and Parks (HCRP). 

HCRP offers great programs to extend the day both before and after school. Choose from many great opportunities to keep your child learning and having fun before or after school this spring. 

Our department offers programs at elementary schools across the county. We have everything from science, music, STEAM with LEGO, art, and chess to soccer, and basketball.
