Hope for the Holidays: QPR Training Series

The holiday season is often seen as a time of joy and celebration, yet for many, it can also be a period of isolation, grief, and emotional difficulty. For those struggling with depression or suicidal ideation, the holidays can be particularly challenging. To better prepare ourselves to support loved ones and those around us, MHAMD is offering free virtual QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) suicide prevention trainings for Howard County residents and workers.
