Nature-Based Teacher Training

Dec. 13, 9 a.m. to noon, Belmont Manor in Elkridge. Take an introduction to nature-based early childhood education training focused on the importance and benefits of the natural world as a teaching tool. Through the use of natural materials and taking learning outside, we explore the many ways that nature-based learning supports holistic developmental experiences for all children, as well as the benefits to teachers and curriculum. Participants will receive a Maryland State Department of Education certificate upon completion.
