SU is an international 501(c)(3) nonprofit fostering patient-to-patient connections and empowering people with the rare autoimmune disease scleroderma. Current initiatives include SU’s “Scleroderma Stories” publication and the creation of a new Patient-Led Education Program. Downtown Columbia Maker Faire

Join us for the Downtown Columbia Maker Faire, the Greatest Show (and Tell) on Earth! Maker Faire is a gathering of fascinating, curious people who enjoy learning, creating, and love sharing what they can do. From engineers to artists to scientists to crafters, Maker Faire is a venue to show off hobbies, experiments, projects, and careers.

The day includes family-friendly workshops, demonstrations, and presentations on painting, sculpting, robotics, digital art, and so much more! 

HTML Basics

Learn the basics of coding in HTML and how to add images and color to make a webpage.

Friday Coding Club

Create games, animations or 3D art while exploring Python, Blender, CAD, or Unity. Make friends and build your knowledge at an easy pace. Attend any number of sessions. No prior knowledge of coding or programming required.

Held every other Friday at the Elkridge Branch of Howard County Library System from 4 - 5:15 pm.
