Mental and Emotional Health Support Group for Youth Age 10-13.

Support group provides youth with tools and coping mechanisms to promote positive mental and emotional health (age 8-13).Studies show a rise in suicidal ideations, anxiety, stress, depression, and low self-esteem among this population during the COVID. Often youth are unable to identify or express what they feel and neither have they developed adequate coping skills to address them or know where to go or to whom. We offer youth a safe place to get peer & adult support to promote mental, emotional wellness and grow their self-esteem. Groups are led by PHD Social Worker, Mental Health Clinician, Nurse Practitioner, and Behavioral Health Therapist. Register online at www.cclalinc.org or girlsonfiremd.com or contact us by phone at 410-312-0738.
