Girls on the Run Fall 2023 Season registration opens on Sunday August 20, 2023 at noon. GOTR girls in Grades 3-5 and Heart & Sole participants in Grades 6-8 are welcome to engage in a positive, structured space and develop life skills using a running-based, after-school curriculum. Each season concludes with a 5K run for the participants and their registered 5K Buddies. The 10-week season begins the week of September 17, with a celebratory 5K event scheduled for December 2, 2023. The registration fee is $185, which includes approximately 20 lessons, all program materials, 5K and program shirts, water bottle, and more. Financial assistance available!
