Life Skills Classes for Students Grades 6-9 (or slightly younger/older)

Life Skills Training for Grades 6-9 (or slightly younger/older). Learn skills to help resist high-risk behaviors by strengthening abilities in: 1) Personal Self-Management Skills: self-esteem, develop problem-solving abilities, reduce stress and anxiety, and manage anger; 2) General Social Skills: overcome shyness, communicate clearly, build relationships, and avoid violence; 3) Drug Resistance Skills: avoid tobacco/vaping, alcohol, and other drugs. 

The 8 FREE online sessions will be offered January 16, 23, 30, February 6, 13, 20, 27, and March 5, 2024 from 5 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. High School students may earn Community Services Hours if they complete paperwork and assist our team.
