Boys Becoming Great Men (BBGM), Mentoring Program is designed to meet the growing needs of young black and disadvantaged boys by providing opportunity for mentorship and leadership development. The program is designed for boys 10-14 years of age; particularly boys from single parent homes or where there is not a strong male influence. The program is led and represented by seasoned men ( educational instructors, professionals and sports).
The program's goals are to help young boys develop life skills, aid in character and leadership development, provide tools to achieve academically, help develop healthy lifestyles and become great men.
