Days End Farm Horse Rescue (DEFHR) is looking for students interested in assisting in the day-to-day care of up to 120 rescue horses, which wouldn't be possible without the hard work and kindness of our volunteers. Our organization has no prior horse knowledge or experience required to join our volunteer program; opportunities to volunteer run twice a day (morning and afternoon) every single day, Monday-Sunday, including holidays.
Duties include, but are not limited to: Feeding and watering horses; leading and grooming horses; cleaning stalls, paddocks, and aisleways.
