2025 Kwanzaa Celebration Community Meeting

Kwanzaa is more than just a holiday—it’s a powerful affirmation of Black identity, community, and culture.

Join us for a community meeting on Thursday, October 16 from 6-7:30pm at the Harriet Tubman Cultural Center and share how YOU would like to see Howard County celebrate African and African American culture and honor the Nguzo Saba (Seven Principles) during our 2025 Kwanzaa Celebration. Led by the principle of Kujichagulia (Self-Determination), come together in community to dream what Kwanzaa can and should be in Howard County. 

ALL AGES WELCOME. Light refreshments will be served.
