TeensConnex — National Family Resiliency Center

TeensConnex is a virtual program for teens ages 12-18 who are experiencing a family transition, such as separation, divorce, or the end of a relationship between their parents. The program session is 90 minutes long and is led by licensed clinicians. Teens will have the opportunity to process their emotions, recognize healthy and unhealthy relationship dynamics, and develop skills to navigate family changes while growing and developing in an ever-changing world. It’s designed to be a grounding, supportive, and safe space.
