Reaching for Resilience is a two-session virtual program designed for tweens and teens aged 12 and above. Building resilience in teens involves developing their ability to bounce back from challenges and setbacks that may arise from school, family issues, their friends, and social media. By helping your teen focus on coping with stress, developing a growth mindset, and learning to ‘retrain their brain’ to be more resilient, they will likely develop greater confidence, competence, and a sense of control over their lives, while also learning to seek support when needed.
It is scheduled to take place on November 6th and 13th, from 7:00 to 8:30 pm.
Register at: Reaching for Resilience — National Family Resiliency Center
Cost (if applicable)
