Life Skills Classes for Middle and High School Students

Free! On Zoom! The curriculum is designed to strengthen student abilities in the following areas:

  • Personal Self-Management Skills: Students develop skills that help them enhance self-esteem, develop problem-solving abilities, reduce stress & anxiety, & manage anger.
  • General Social Skills: Students gain skills to meet personal challenges such as overcoming shyness, communicating clearly, building relationships & avoiding violence.
  • Drug Resistance Skills:  Students build effective defenses against pressures to use tobacco, alcohol & other drugs.
  • And more!!!

Dates: Feb. 25th, March 4, 11, 18, 25, April 8, 22, 29

Times: 5:15 PM – 6:45 PM
