TeensConnex — National Family Resiliency Center - is a two-session, virtual program for teens ages 12-18 who are experiencing a family transition – a separation, divorce, or breakup of a relationship between their parents. Program sessions are 90 minutes long and are led by licensed clinicians. Teens will have an opportunity to process emotions, recognize healthy and unhealthy relationship dynamics, and build skills to navigate family changes while growing and developing in an ever-changing world.
