America’s Semiquincentennial offers a unique opportunity to honor the legacy, traditions, and service of our military — past and present. This Howard County event will recognize the vital role of the United States Armed Forces in shaping the nation’s history while celebrating the men and women who continue to serve with honor today. April 19th is especially significant as it marked the battles of Lexington and Concord, signifying the historical beginning of the American Revolutionary War and the shift from colonial protests to armed rebellion against the British Crown. The event is open to the public.
