15th Annual Howard County Family Wellness Day on Sunday June 4th at Centennial Park provides local families and businesses an opportunity to connect with the community and enjoy a day of healthy outdoor physical activity, health education and important health screenings.
Family Wellness Day has proven to be one of the premier wellness events in Howard County. This years event kicks off with the 19th annual Matzohball 5k run/walk, with activities for adults and children of all ages, the annual Pump-A-Thon put on by HC Fire & Rescue and an demonstration by the internationally acclaimed Kangaroo Kids synchronized jump rope team. There will be a formal welcome ceremony at 8:30 am.
