Leadership in Action

As a member of Leadership in Action Class of 2024, you will gain leadership experience both in a traditional classroom experience but also through hands on application experiences working with other passionate student leaders in Howard County. Our program curriculum will focus on group learning, teamwork/collaboration, creating relationships, important soft skills, leadership skills, self-reflection, representative leadership, boosting self-confidence,  and project/goal planning to make social impacts. All students will gain leadership experience both in a traditional classroom setting but also through hands on application experiences working with other passionate student leaders in Howard County.
