The Howard County Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Commission, the Office of Human Rights & Equity, and the Howard County Department of Health invite you to a day designed specifically for our AAPI neighbors and families. Whether you are navigating the complexities of elder care, seeking support for a child’s mental health, or looking to prioritize your own physical fitness, we are here to walk that path with you.

What to Expect:

• Support for Every Generation: Connect with experts on senior health and aging, disability services, and youth and teen mental health.
• Movement & Mindfulness: Rejuvenate your spirit with an introductory class in Tai Chi, Yoga, or Stretching.
