Every Step Counts Autism Walk & 5K Run

Each year, the Howard County Autism Society hosts the Every Step Counts Autism Walk & 5K Run in support of the Autism community. You’re invited to run or walk with us on October 7, 2023 from 9am to noon at Centennial Park in Ellicott City, MD. Every Step Counts features a timed 5K run, 4K walk and 1K stroll around Centennial Lake. The event village will feature our sponsors and community partners, as well as entertainment for all ages with inflatables, roving circus performers, bubble and balloon artists, and costumed characters. Children 11 and under are FREE! Virtual and nonbinary registration options are available. By running, walking or donating, you’ll help us raise $160,000 toward programs and services for an Autism community that is more than 8,000 strong! Thank you!
