Women Offering Wealth (WOW) is pleased to offer the Maryland Energy Resource Program to Howard County families who qualify. This free program helps eligible residents reduce their monthly electric bills by 10-15% for up to 25 years.
Who Qualifies: Families living in participating electric company service areas within Howard County who meet income eligibility requirements.
How It Works: WOW's certified energy advisors guide families through a simple enrollment process. Residents provide their electric bill and proof of eligibility, and WOW handles the rest. Once enrolled, eligible households receive monthly credits directly applied to their electric bills at no cost.
