Earth Day and anniversary open house

Nature Open House: 4/26, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

This spring, the Howard County Conservancy celebrates 35 years of connecting people to nature with a planet party and anniversary celebration. On April 26, join the Conservancy for anniversary cake and a special announcement at 10 a.m. Stay to celebrate the planet and the Conservancy until 2 p.m. with a tree planting, farmhouse and native garden tours, a one-man band, blacksmith demonstrations, a scavenger hunt, a story walk, animal encounters, food trucks, children’s nature activities (pre-K through high school) and Youth Climate Institute programs.
